Boarding Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required to reserve all boarding stays. The remaining balance is due at check in.
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled drop off date may qualify for account credit at management discretion only. Credits are not guaranteed.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before drop off are non refundable.

Reservations booked within 7 days of the scheduled drop off date become immediately non refundable once booked.

No shows, early pickups, shortened stays, unused days, prepaid packages, and promotional boarding specials are non refundable.

This policy reserves limited boarding space, staffing, and care availability specifically for your pet.
