Cancellations made seven (7) or more days before the scheduled drop-off date may, at the sole discretion of Big N' Small Paws 317 management, be offered a non-cash account credit. Refunds are never provided, and account credits are not guaranteed.
Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the scheduled drop-off date are not eligible for a refund or account credit.
Reservations booked within seven (7) days of the scheduled drop-off date become immediately non-refundable once confirmed and are not eligible for an account credit.
No-shows, early pickups, shortened stays, unused boarding days, prepaid boarding packages, and promotional boarding specials are non-refundable and are not eligible for account credit.
Boarding deposits reserve limited kennel space, staffing, scheduling, and care availability specifically for your pet. Because these resources are committed in advance, refunds are not available.
• Reservations are confirmed only after the required deposit has been received. We cannot hold dates without payment.
• Our team is happy to answer questions before your reservation. Many common questions are also answered on our website and during facility tours.
• Boarding is designed for pet owners who are comfortable leaving their dog in the care of trained professionals. Once your pet is checked in, our team will follow the feeding, medication, and care instructions you provide.
• We provide updates during your dog's stay as staffing and daily operations allow. While we enjoy sharing photos and updates, they are a courtesy and are not guaranteed on a specific schedule.
• We do not provide 24-hour concierge-style communication, live video monitoring, or continual status reports. Our focus is providing exceptional care for the dogs in our facility.
• Every dog is cared for individually. Dogs from different families are never permitted to interact with one another.
• If you have unique medical, behavioral, or care requirements, please discuss them with us before placing your reservation so we can determine whether we're the best fit for your pet.
