What to compare when searching for boarding
The best fit depends on your dog's health, temperament and care needs. Ask each facility for specific answers before comparing price.
Where will your dog sleep? How large is the room, and how are rest periods handled?
How are feeding instructions, potty breaks, medications and changes in behavior communicated?
Are unfamiliar dogs mixed together? What happens if your dog needs space?
What deposit, vaccination records, forms and pickup times are required?

Private suites. Clear routines. Individual care.
A place to rest between care and activity
Our private suites give dogs a separate resting space during their stay. Our team manages dogs individually, with meals based on owner instructions, scheduled potty breaks, fresh water, clean bedding and rest periods.
Dogs from different households do not interact with one another during regular boarding. Boarding is not open group play or a promise that every dog will behave the same way away from home.
If your dog struggles with separation, handling or unfamiliar settings, tell us before booking. We will review whether regular boarding is appropriate.

Rates are for the first dog. Additional-dog charges, medication care and optional services may apply. Discuss multiple dogs with us before booking. Your final total depends on your selected room, stay dates and care requirements.
What a boarding day can include
Care follows your dog's needs and the instructions agreed with our team. A typical stay includes:
- Scheduled outdoor potty breaks.
- Meals following your feeding instructions and access to fresh water.
- Individual staff attention and structured enrichment.
- Quiet rest periods in a private suite.
- Medication administration when discussed and arranged in advance.
Bring up changes in appetite, mobility, medication or behavior before arrival so we can assess the care needed. Boarding does not include continuous one-on-one attention, live cameras or guaranteed updates on a particular schedule.
Boarding, training and behavior support are different
Regular boarding provides overnight care. A training program adds a specific plan for skills and behavior. Do not assume a boarding reservation includes obedience lessons.
Dogs with aggression or serious reactivity need an appropriate training program first. Some anxious dogs may be accepted after review. Discuss these concerns before making a reservation or paying a deposit.

An Eastside Indianapolis location for your travel plans
Find us at 4841 Industrial Pkwy, Indianapolis, IN 46226. We serve families from Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Westfield, Lawrence, McCordsville and surrounding communities.
Plan drop-off and pickup with our team. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM to 4 PM. We are closed Sunday. Boarding pickups stop at 5:30 PM, with Saturday pickups within Saturday business hours.

Before you reserve: your boarding checklist
- Confirm suitability. Discuss vaccinations, behavior, medication and special care before booking.
- Choose a room and dates. Suite A, B, C and D are separate rooms. If one is unavailable, check another room in the same suite category.
- Use your EBP account. New customers create an account and complete their pet profile. Returning customers use their existing account. Complete all required waivers and agreements before purchase.
- Review the total and terms. Optional upgrades are not required. A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves the stay; the balance is due at check-in.
- Plan handoff. Confirm care instructions, what to bring and your pickup time with our team.
Read the full boarding deposit and cancellation policy before payment. Credits are discretionary under the policy and are not guaranteed. PayPal processes payment only and does not collect required EBP forms.
